VOLVO 240 ROLLING RESTORATION
Both an interest and a passion, the goal for this car to improve it with every repair done. Having currently owned the vehicle for a year and having replaced the timing belt and undertaken significant welding to keep it on the road, the long term aim is to swap in a larger, more powerful engine, making use of its cavernous engine bay and testing skills learned on repairs of other vehicles.
BEDFORD RASCAL ROMAHOME RESTORATION
Having had a replacement flat-bed body attached but in bright blue, this Rascal Romahome, was fully resprayed in caravan beige. After starting the vehicle to move it after a 10 year slumber, the camshaft seized due to oil pump failure! The cylinder-head was machined, oil pump replaced and fully rebuilt and the little motorhome now runs perfectly, now only requiring some suspension work to get it back on the road!
